What is CCMonte All About?

The mission, vision and values of Calvary Chapel of Montesano

Maybe you're new to CCMonte, or you've been attending for years - either way, we want to make sure you know what Calvary Chapel of Montesano is all about!

We can't wait to get to know you more, but we'll go first with the introductions :)

1. We intentionally study the Bible (cover to cover)

We take it a book at a time, and we leave nothing out. Sundays we are in Galatians, and Wednesdays we are in Exodus.

2. We exist to equip YOU for the work of the ministry

"And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ." Ephesians 4:11

Spreading the Good News of Jesus is not just the job of our two pastors - it's yours, too! As Pastor Brian says, "We follow the Home Depot model: 'You can do it, we can help.'" Every elder, deacon, team lead and volunteer are part of equipping those around them. When someone is taking out the trash, they are helping create a clean space where people can come be equipped!

Which leads to our next point...

3. Our motto is "Look up. Live out."

You've been equipped, and now it's time to bring those new skills and tools out into the world - your work, school, sporting events, etc... It's time to share the Good News with your neighbor, to prefer others, and to be a witness!

We are highly involved with the community and regularly put on safe, fun events for all ages. Outreach is a huge part of what we do here at CCMonte.

Church gatherings are where we re-fuel
